Mitchell County -- August 6, 2025: The Mitchell County Sheriff's Office charged Williams on July 24 for financial card theft (felony) and financial card fraud (misdemeanor).

An investigation began after a victim in the Buladean Community reported that Williams had been staying with him when he found his card missing. A video was obtained of Williams using the card, which resulted in the following charges:
