Brevard --  Brevard Police Department reported the arrest of seven teenagers in an assault and robbery incident on a juvenile in Franklin Park near the public restrooms. The police were notified and the victim received medical attention.

Franklin --  On Tuesday, Franklin Police observed a black motorbike speeding dangerously on West Main Street without a license plate.   After a traffic stop was started, the motorcyclist tried to avoid the police by speeding up.  

McDowell County --  McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 48-year-old David Jonathan Perry of Mooresboro with felony possession of synthetic cannabinoid.
